Jack Goldberger has been representing individuals and corporations facing prosecution nationwide for over 42 years.
Based in West Palm Beach Florida, Mr. Goldberger is the founding partner of Goldberger Weiss PA. a nationally recognized law firm that focuses on providing individualized representation to individuals and corporations facing state and federal criminal investigations and prosecutions.
Known for both his ability to discreetly resolve problems for clients facing criminal investigations, and for a tenacious courtroom presence, Mr. Goldberger prides himself “on leaving no stone unturned” in his representation of his clients.
Mr. Goldberger has been fortunate in his career to represent many individuals who stand at the top of their professions. His list of clients includes corporate executives in both the public and private sector, wall street executives, entertainment figures, and professional sports athletes and executives. He is equally proud of his representation of individuals who do not come to the firm with big names or national reputations but have trusted their futures with his firm.
Mr. Goldberger has served on the board of directors of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is former chairman of The Palm Beach county Bar Association Criminal Courts Advisory Committee. He has also been a member of the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission and served as chairman of the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission Courts Task Force for many years.
Mr. Goldberger is a Board-Certified criminal trial attorney in Florida, an accomplishment that only a small percentage of criminal trial attorneys ever earn. He has been an AV rated Martindale-Hubbell attorney for over 30 years and has been recognized as a top lawyer in his field by Best Lawyers in America for many years, culminating in 2021 by being honored by his peers as Lawyer of the Year in West Palm Beach for General Criminal Defense. Jason Weiss

After three years as a prosecutor in Palm Beach County, Jason Weiss joined the firm in 1999. A member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Mr. Weiss has handled all aspects of criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Weiss is a Board-Certified Criminal Trial Attorney focused exclusively on representing clients in all aspects of criminal defense.
